Shipping Times: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and delivered via our trusted courier services. Delivery times are as follows:
UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail-
1st Class: Aims to arrive next working day, including Saturdays (usually 1–2 days, not guaranteed)

2nd Class: Aims to arrive within 3-5 working days, including Saturdays

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair extensions products once purchased.
